‘Nagavalli’ audio function was seen as almost a grand affair, as the film’s top female lead was seen at the audio release function. But the absence of actress kamalinee Mukherji created a bit of flutter among the media circles. At first, the media people thought that the reason for Kamalinee’s absence was her embarrassment caused by her nude video from Malayalam film ‘Kutty Saranku’.

But now, the report is out that the actress is unhappy with the final cut of the film and so chose to stay away from the audio release function. Actress Anushka Shetty, Kamalinee Mukherji, Richa Gangopadhya, Shraddha das and Poonam Kaur are acting in the movie as lead.

But it is reported that Kamalinee Mukherji came to know that Richa Gangopadhya and Poonam got a good length of reel to occupy in the first copy and her role was chopped off. As soon as this news leaked to her, the actress did not show any interest in the audio release and will also not participate in the promotion of ‘Nagavalli” as well.
