Photos of Osama Bin Laden Raid Obtained By Reuters

Yesterday American President Barack Obama said in a  interview with CBS' “60 Minutes” set to air Sunday, that US will not release photos of Osama bin Laden’s dead body as proof that he was killed.

"It is important to make sure that very graphic photos of somebody who was shot in the head are not floating around as an incitement to additional violence or as a propaganda tool," the president said in the interview.

Meanwhile Reuters acquired photographs taken an hour after the killing of OBL and it defends the decision to publish several gruesome photos showing the aftermath of US raid.

Reuters:
Photographs acquired by Reuters and taken about an hour after the U.S. assault on Osama bin Laden's compound in Abbottabad in Pakistan show three dead men lying in pools of blood, but no weapons.
