Mansi Parekh made her debut in acting with the serial ‘Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi’ but became popular in Star One’s India Calling.She won the Zee TV's singing reality show Star Ya Rockstar.Manasi was seen essaying the lead role in Star Plus' prime time show Gulaal.  Mansi parekh became so popular by the tamil movie Leelai paired with Shiv Pandit. which is Mansi debut in Tamil film industry.

Mansi is a trained classical singer and she also render voice for Sanjay Leela Bansali's Devdas
