First gold for India! | CWG Delhi 2010

Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang win gold medal in Pairs 10m air rifle. First gold for India!
Bindra-Narang are the defending CWG champions in this event. They shot a 598 to win gold today  at the Dr Karni Shooting Range. Shooting was the India's strength and the pair did exceptionally well. Received reports that the Bindra-Narang combine have created a CWG record.

After having a title drought on the opening day of competitions in the Commonwealth Games yesterday, India opened its gold medal account by her shooters with pride and joy.
Many Many Congratulations on winning the gold medal. Bindra and Narang have changed history and made India proud. Keep it up for the next...

Update:  Another gold for India. Rahi Sarnobat and Anisha Sayyed win the 25m pistol pairs.
Update:  Third gold for India brough by Ravinder Singh in wrestling  60 kg category. An awesome performance were he dominated his opponent.
